Every project starts with a free estimate and consultation, where we learn what you are trying to accomplish and how we can help. For construction work, once a contract is signed we walk you through the design process with one of our design professionals to make sure you get exactly what you want, then follow up with as many site visits as it takes to make sure you get what you paid for.

If you are planning a project rather than ready to build, that same conversation is where we scope our advisory services: project management, quality control and site oversight, consulting, or acting as your owner's representative. We help you review scopes and estimates, coordinate contractors, monitor quality, and keep the project accountable, whether or not we are the ones performing the work.
